  1. Whereas all over Europe temples are mortgaged, sold and closed, mysteriously in UK they buy a historical old bank building New Leicester downtown area.

    Notice that presently there is an all-time peak of unemployment, youth unemployment, homelessness and in UK 3.8 million children living in poverty, below the breadline.

    If ISKCON UK has accrued reserves of this dimension they should spent it to provide new jobs and not to flaunt impressive historical buildings, and, create envy and incomprehension among people in general.

    Being out of touch with reality isnt appropriate for those who are supposed to teach genuine spiritual knowledge.

    With the same money they could have rented dozens of farms, engaging hundreds of people to produce food.

    Gained recognition for doing something substantial, exemplary - Prabhupada's project of self-sufficiency.
