Freemont Rathayatra (California)

Hare Krishna Dear Devotees and Friends,
With the major festival season coming to a close (Snana Yatra, Rathayatra,  Jhulana Yatra, Lord Balarama purnima, Sri Krishna Janmastami & Srila Prabhupada Vyasa Puja), we would like to thank all of you who helped in one way or the other to make these festivals possible. The temple is maintained solely by the volunteer services and financial assistance of all of you, whether you live in the temple ashram or not.

We are all serving together in one capacity or another to please Guru and Krishna and thus paving the way for us all to return back to Godhead where we may continue to serve the Lord and His devotees in an atmosphere of eternity, knowledge and bliss. The temple is moving forward on many fronts and we look forward to your continued involvement and devotional service.

It is our pleasure to invite you to the second Annual Lord Jagannatha Rathayatra in Fremont on Sunday, August 19th at 12PM. Please Click Here for more information. The deities will once again leave the temple to join in the India Independence Day parade sponsored by the Fremont Hindu Temple to bless all souls with his darshan. He will travel on his cart along with Baladeva and Subhadra for approximately two hours, so please join us for Harinama sankirtan that day and spread the glories of Lord Jagannatha, Lord of the Universe. The parade starts at 39439 Paseo Parkway Fremont, CA 94538 (corner of Paseo Padre and Walnut Avenue).

If you have any questions or for more information please contact Jagannatha Swami Das at : (707)426-4672.
