Dear K****, I agree, everyone should just chant japa and be Krishna conscious. Agreed. That is not what M*****'s program is doing? They just recently buried Kirtanananda's body in the holy dham of Vrndavana in a "samadhi." Some of my friends are eye-witness, and there were many senior GBC devotee "gurus" and leaders present, who were all singing a huge kirtana to Kirtananananda, and offering glorification of KS. Fine except, isn't Kirtanananda a homosexual child molester who is implicated in crimes of all types? The gurus present there lead the hapless crowd in all types of spoken glorification of Kirtanananda, and then they had the citizens of ISKCON doing parikrama around the "samadhi" of Kirtanananda.
I do not see where the worship of homosexuals, child molesters, criminals and deviants is found in our shastra? M**** prabhu has certainly not explained why this is bona fide either, despite he knows we are all upset with these things. M***** types say, we need to let the Kirtanananda issue die, but their program is worshiping him now and today, they do not let the issue die at all, they are worshiping him now and today, and moreover in a samadhi in the holy dham. Why should we go along with these things and not protest? All kinds of people are protesting contamination in the Yamuna, and we are protesting contamination in the holy dham, it is our sacred duty to do so. ys pd
