Vrndavana Ecological Transition Program

[PADA: Trying to find "greener" and "more sustainable" solutions for the development of the Mathura and Vrndavana areas. Sounds like a good idea. Basically their idea is -- that the area needs the infrastructure to be modernized, but with lower impact and more ecologically sound technology. We agree, we saw another article on how some villages in India are now getting small scale water filtration systems, to give people actually good and pure water, and this is improving people's health and well being and so on. Of course there also has to be better policing since some tourists have been attacked there recently. This is at least a start -- ys pd]
