[PADA: There is a problem with the current system in that its artificial. The caste by birth system does not work when "everyone born into Kali yuga is a shudra." The caste system was applied in ancient India culture, but its not working properly in the age of Kali. If there is to be some system of dividing rank and position in modern society, it needs to be based on qualification and not birth alone. ys pd]
