Mundane Laws Are Not For Acharyas

Torben Nielsen (DENMARK)

Here is a transcription and audio from August 1977, London, I had never heard before and also never heard spoken of before. Some significant excerpts:

"Why shall I protect myself from these obstacles offered by government? A different energy is lost. Then, they are so foolish government servants."

"So many rascal government servants, and their determination is to obstacles, put obstacles in this movement. It will be impossible to build. My best energies are lost."

"So considering all these points from the very beginning, their suspicion and putting obstacles, I have no more desire to return back to... It is my heart's desire. Not the least desire to go back to India again."

" . . .I do not wish to return back to be governed by these nasty laws."

"In India, oh, they have put me into so much uncomfortable position that sometimes I cried. They do not have to say [indistinct]. So why this cut, cut? It is not [indistinct]. By such treatment I have lost my health. [almost crying]"

[PADA: Right, imagine Srila Prabhupada's surprise if he would return here to find out that Torben Neilsen and his Rocana gang wanted him to wait before he could be the acharya, because he had to be "2/3 show of hands" voted into Torben's "illicit sex with men, women and children" acharya's club. Yep, Srila Prabhupada would not be allowed to be the acharya unless he agreed with these guys and their incessant "rules for the acharyas."

Rule number one, we all have to accept Torben's and Rocana's illicit sex messiahs program or we cannot function in any capacity in their process. Yep, we have to accept that we need to worship the Rocana program's living molesters guru lineage if we want to participate in ISKCON. Why do these guys want to teach children that God's successors are often degraded debauchees, and they have made a giant mass of "ISKCON laws" to promote and protect that process? A future acharya has to agree to their concocted system that acharyas are often illicit sex debauchees, or he cannot be a member of their society?

Srila Prabhupada told us "in India, there is an abundance of nothing." Of course, the main thing that Srila Prabhupada complained of in regards to India has been their bogus swamis, yogis, gurus and avatars. Indeed in the story of King Puranjana Srila Prabhupada tells us that as soon as the acharya departs -- there will be an immediate out cropping of -- bogus gurus, yogis, swamis and avatars.

And no small amount of fools writing "rules for the acharyas for when they are caught having illicit sex, taking drugs and engaging in crimes."

And the Bhagavatam says, the sincere persons will have to rectify that condition. The whole atmosphere in India is thus pervaded by the worship of false gurus, messiahs and avatars and that filters into how the government is managed, how the smartas and others create problems etc. -- and it is this same process of GBC making all sorts of rules and regulations for acharyas for when they need to be censured, monitored, suspended, removed -- that parallels the bogus complex laws in India which Srila Prabhupada did not like. As Srila Prabhupada says, mundane laws have no jurisdiction over the acharya.

How did you guess, Rocana is writing an ISKCON constitution with a giant fat book full of concocted "ISKCON laws" and rules for the acharyas ... more India legislation process, this time, applied to the acharyas. This is amazing, these guys want to bog down the acharya with the same mundane political concocted committees, bogus rules and concocted regulations -- that Srila Prabhupada hates and despises. Worse, they think Krishna and His acharyas are subordinated to their mundane rules and committees.

  1. Right, the Gaudiya Matha / Rocana / Torben / GBC idea is that acharyas are often deviating -- if not debauchees, but that is not the real problem. The actual problem is that the GBC does not have proper committees, rules and enforcement policies for their renegade acharyas.

In other words, acharyas are often debauchees if not criminals, so we just need to build a better GBC managed police force to contain these criminal acharyas. It does not occur to them that acharyas are not deviants and criminals?

Yep! We need to have a better reform school / police / prison program for our deviating acharyas, and that will fix everything, never mind Srila Prabhupada says anyone who thinks acharyas are deviating is a resident of hell.

OK so acharyas are not even as advanced as kanisthas, who are not deviating. That means they think acharyas are not even as advanced as kanistha adhikary. This is pretty amazing really, they think people like Jesus are crooked rascals who need to be policed by a committee of people who, according to Rocana and Torben, make a lot of mistakes. Jesus needs to be policed by a committee that makes a lot of mistakes?

Yep, this is how desperate they are, they are trying to make new sets of rules for their bogus Jesus program, rather than admit their artificial Jesus program is bogus.

GBC /Rocana / Torben / Kim Moller say, PADA is dwelling on the mistakes our gurus make, in others words, they say acharyas are mundane people who are conditioned souls who are defective. That undermines Vedic authority. Right, good news is their idea is being rejected. ys pd

  2. Yes it is very strange. Rocana / Torben / GBC says we should pray for a pure devotee to appear, so they can immediately load him up with a ton of their "rules for the acharyas" and make him unable to function without consulting -- them and their endless committees.
The acharya has to consult them and their committee, that means they are thinking they are superior to the acharyas.

Srila Prabhupada mentions how he hates these foolish folks and their legal and committee constraints on the acharyas, and yet that is what they are spending their lives doing -- making rules and committees for acharyas. Srila Prabhupada says the acharya get dictation from Krishna, and these folks say no, the acharya gets dictation from us and our committee.

Krishna Kanta Desai (IRM) told me the same idea, he says future acharyas will not be allowed to function in "his temples" unless they follow IRM rules. Umm, KKD owns the land that acharyas operate on, or does Krishna own the land that acharyas operate on?

This is very foolish, the acharyas cannot operate on my land. This is like saying Krishna cannot operate on my land, ok who gave you the land? The acharyas can go anywhere without restriction, and Srila Prabhupada says anyone who restricts them is very sinful. ys pd
